If something on BridgeAble Learning is wrong, misleading, or worrying, we want to know — and we'll act on it. One thing first, because it matters most:
If a child may be at risk
BridgeAble Learning is a directory. We are not a safeguarding body and we cannot investigate people. If you are worried about a child's safety, please go straight to the people who can act:
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
- If you're worried about how a professional behaves around children, contact the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000, or your local council's children's services.
- You can also report to the police on 101.
Please also tell us below. We can't investigate, but we can unpublish a listing while the right authorities do — and we cooperate fully with lawful requests from the police and local authorities.
What else you can report
A listing that's inaccurate or out of date. Claims that seem misleading. A listing that impersonates you or uses your content. Anything else that doesn't feel right — if in doubt, report it. (Providers: to remove your own listing, use the removal request page — 72 hours where possible, always within 7 days.)
Send a report
We acknowledge every report within 2 working days. Where a report is credible and specific, we may unpublish or amend a listing while we look into it — unpublishing is precautionary, not a judgement about anyone. You can report anonymously, though it may limit what we can check.
Honesty about our limits: we are a directory, not an agency or regulator. We don't verify or investigate providers, and acting on a report is not a finding of wrongdoing — just as a listing is not an endorsement.
