1. Search by condition, location, or both
Start with what your child needs. Every condition page shows providers grouped honestly by how central that condition is to their work — providers can name no more than three primary specialisms, so "specialist" keeps meaning something.
2. Read real profiles
Every listing tells you what a provider specialises in, what qualifications they hold, and how they work — in plain English. Everything a provider says about themselves is labelled "as stated by the provider": we're a directory, not an agency, and we don't verify or endorse.
3. Contact providers directly
Send an enquiry through the listing and it goes straight to the provider. You choose who to talk to and what happens next — we never get in the way and never take commission.
4. Always verify before you engage
As with any professional working with your child, check qualifications and DBS status directly before you begin. Good providers expect these questions and answer them gladly.
